- 3:00 PM: Check-in
- 5:00-5:30 PM: Meet & Greet: “Building Connections”
- 5:30-6:15 PM: Food Is Medicine Educational session with Nancy Lum, RDN. Learn how the ingredients in your dinner protect and heal your body.
- 6:30-7:30 PM: Nutrition-Packed Dinner
Menu: Turkey Chili with fixings, cornbread, watermelon feta pistachio salad. - 7:45-9:30 PM: Bonfire beside the Cacapon River

- 8:15-9:00 AM: Nutritious Morning Meal.
- 9:00-10:30 AM: Goat Yoga by the serene Cacapon River with Heath Mundey, RYT.
- 10:30 AM-12:00 PM: Discussion: How to Love Your Way to Wellness

- 2:00-3:30 PM: Sugar and Mitochondrial Health

- 5:00-6:00 PM: Mindfulness as a Path to Stress Management and Wellness with Dawn O’Meally.

- 9:30-11:30 AM: Mindfulness Hike for Wellness guided by Charissa Hipp at Cacapon State Park.
- 12:00-2:00 PM: Lunch Break & Relaxation. Enjoy a soothing head and neck massage by Andrea Bain, CMT.
- 2:00-3:15 PM: Sugar and Mitochondrial Health Talk
- 3:30-4:30 PM: Pain Free Movement
- 4:30-7:00 PM: Recharge and regroup
